Jamie Oliver's 'Butternut squash muffins'.

As part of the Call Us Angels' 'Comeback', me and Rachel from @bucksfoodie challenged ourselves to a sustainable bake off. We both aimed to used seasonal and local ingredients... ENTER Jamie Oliver's yummy butternut squash muffin recipe.

I know what you're all thinking... butternut squash, in a sweet treat?! But honestly this is one of the best cupcake recipes I've ever tried!

It's simple to make and yummy to eat, so if you want to give this a go just click here.

Tala.

The lovely Zoe from @zoealisamay took over Call Us Angels for a day during our 'Comeback' to share eco fitness tips and tricks. During the day she shared some of her favourite eco brands, including Tala.

Tala is a slow fashion, sustainable sportswear brand. They offer a range of sportswear items made from recycled materials.

What I love about Tala is their inclusivity and diversity in their campaigns, showing us that anyone can be an active babe no matter your size.

Stay Wild Swim.

So many of my friends have recommended Stay Wild Swim to me ever since I started to move my lifestyle to a more eco vibe. Zoe from @zoealisamay digs Stay Wild Swim too!

This is another sustainable, ethical and slow fashion brand. However, they focus specifically on undies and swimwear for women. I have yet to try their goodies, but I might just have to treat myself once the next paycheck is in...

Northern Spirit

I always turn to Zoe from @zoealisamay for eco fitness advice. She's been a huge advocate for Northern Spirit. Not only is their sportswear stylish, but they also work with recycled material and promote a more eco mindset in the fitness world.

Peach Queen Fit

I had never heard of Peach Queen until Zoe from @zoealisamay took over my insta during the Call Us Angels' 'Comeback'. I'm so glad Zoe introduced them to me, because I have been looking for an eco fitness brand that sold resistance bands.

Peach Queen aim to sell high quality products that last. So many resistant bands are made from materials that do not stand the test of time, often ending up in the bin after a couple of months usage. Peach Queen aim to change this and reduce waste.

Smol products

Lets move on from sportswear to an eco hygiene product. Zoe, aka @zoealisamay, loves to use Smol products and I'm such a fan too!

Smol aim to make cleaning products that are high quality, but also eco. They're always experimenting with new ways to reduce the waste and harmful ingredients inherent in cleaning products.
